No infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the Expo Show Floor, Workshops, or Conference Seminars. Absolutely no exceptions. Proof of age is required. Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject, or prohibit registration or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

Impressions Expo welcomes international visitors from around the world. Many U.S. embassies require an Official Letter of Invitation. You may request the visa letter during the registration process. The letter will be emailed automatically after registration is completed. If you do not receive the letter within 24 hours, please call 240-439-2980.

Hotel reservations can be made online through our Hotel Reservations page. 

Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms without prior permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators may be ejected from the show and denied entry to future Impressions Expo events.
